Changes to Extended Services at Busy Bees - Information for Parents

The following letter contains important information for parents and carers using the extended services at Busy Bees (Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs.)

Ledbury in Bloom Judging

This Thursday, Ledbury will be visited by Heart of England judges as part of Ledbury in Bloom.  The judges will be visiting Busy Bee's Wildflower Garden at 10:45am. We will be taking a small group of children to the garden for the judging.

The children have worked very hard on the 'Budding Talent' project so far and have helped to clear the weeds, dig the flower beds, rake the soil and plant the wildflower seeds.  This week they have been decorating animal pictures and flowers to take up to the site to brighten it up.

Wrap Around Care with LPS Nursery

Is your child attending LPS Nursery this September?  Did you know they can also come to Busy Bees as well?

Letters and Sounds w/c 02.07.12

Our sound of the week for this week is 'sh'.  As always, we love to see the children join in and bring in something from home.  This item will be discussed at circle time, story time and during the Letters and Sounds session.  We might see:

* a sheep

* a shirt

* a shell

* a shoe

Thank you for continuing to support us with this important part of your child's time at Busy Bees
